Have you ever had one of those moments? You know, an aha moment.
I had one last Sunday. A friend had looked in the dictionary and this is what she found:
re·la·tion·ship (r-lshn-shp) n.
1. Connection by blood or marriage; kinship.
And that’s when I had my aha moment. If I profess to have a relationship with Jesus, it’s far greater and deeper than just a choice or a belief. It’s a connection by blood or marriage. My bond with Him is one of kinship because of the cross.
How does that definition change the way you see your relationship with God?

Scripture: I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one—I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me. John 17:22-23 (NIV)
