Your relationship with God changes you
Did you know that?
Before the world began, He chose us and all He asks is that we receive that beautiful gift.
Today I want to encourage you through the power of scripture.
I want to remind you of exactly whose you are.
You are His masterpiece
For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2:10 (NLT)
You are part of His beautiful plan to love the world
You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you. John 15:16 (NLT)
You are led as you walk with Him
After he has gathered his own flock, he walks ahead of them, and they follow him because they know his voice. John 10:4 (NLT)
You are brand new
This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! 2nd Corinthians 5:17 (NLT)
You are holy and live in His truth
As for us, we can’t help but thank God for you, dear brothers and sisters loved by the Lord. We are always thankful that God chose you to be among the first to experience salvation—a salvation that came through the Spirit who makes you holy and through your belief in the truth. 2 Thessalonians 2:13 (NLT)
You are chosen
But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light. 1 Peter 2:9 (NLT)
You are forgiven
And he took a cup of wine and gave thanks to God for it. He gave it to them and said, “Each of you drink from it, for this is my blood, which confirms the covenant between God and his people. It is poured out as a sacrifice to forgive the sins of many. Matthew 26:27-28 (NLT)
You are saved by grace
God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Ephesians 2:8 (NLT)
You reflect His love
Since God chose you to be the holy people he loves, you must clothe yourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Colossians 3:12 (NLT)
You are fiercely loved
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. Romans 8:38 (NLT)

I love that you’ve put all of these amazing and encouraging scriptures in one place. Easy to read and easy to share. Thank you!
I’m a little behind, but as usual you really inspire me to go deeper in my relationship with Christ. You say things in such a humble, fro experience kind of way. It’s easy to hear the vulneribility in where you’ve been; and the joy in uncovering more of Him. I always come away with things to chew on! You’re genuine and kind. Love you sister!
Thank you Teresa. I never think that I have all of the answers, because I don’t, but I do love coming together to discover them in the Word. I love the power of what we find within, and what our Savior does as we begin to trust him. Your words are encouraging. Thank you!
Amen, Teresa. Suzie’s explanations and writings help me understand His Word.
