It’s more than a book. It’s been a personal journey of walking with Jesus — fresh and new.
Fifty women drove and flew in this weekend to help me launch this book, but so much more than that.
We met to discuss and discover what it means when Jesus says, “Come with me.”
We also zip lined. We rode horses. We sat by the water and dug deep into the Word. We laughed. We wept. We hiked. We canoed and kayaked. We ate chocolate.
Most of all we talked about the invitation of “Come with me” and how accepting that invitation changes us forever.
God moved. Truly. He moved in our hearts. He spoke. He showed us the simplicity and joy and challenge of walking with Him.
I’ll let a few of the pictures tell the story of this amazing weekend.
I am so thrilled that you had such a beautiful time. I prayed for exactly that over the weekend. I have already been talking to hubby about planning on coming next year! Love the pictures! ❤
My heart is so full. Thank you for following Jesus in such a beautiful, inspiring way, Suzie. What an honor it was to “whisper yes” to following wherever He leads this weekend.
It could not have been better (except for the deflated Kangaroo Cage jump)! Thank you, Suzie and Crystal, not only for inviting us to the retreat, pampering us with beauty, peace, and sweet surprises, and inspiring us with powerful messages and worship, but also for sharing YOU with us: your heart, your precious family, your insecurities and struggles and imperfect yet beautiful walk of faith, and your deep, deep love for the Lord. You both are incredible examples of women walking in the shadow of Christ.
My heart is so overflowing and I’m so grateful to have been able to join you for this amazing weekend. I am thankful that my body is so exhausted today, forcing me to be still and try to process all that my heart took in this past weekend. Forever changed by the book “Come with Me” and forever changed by the experiences of this past weekend!!
Sheri, this was a first-time book launch and retreat. I’ve never done anything like this before. It was beautiful and don’t plan another one this year. I love that it excited you. It turned out to be so beautiful, so much deeper and wonderful than I imagined.
