This study begins on Monday. This is the last chance to join and I didn’t want you to miss it.
If there has ever been a season where we need joy, we are living in it now. I want to invite you to join me in a JoyKeeper book club/study. It’s free. All you need to do is pre-order the book. We’ll have chapters for you to read while you wait for your book to arrive.
We’ll dig deep into joy stealers and confront them with truth. We’ll pray together. We’ll laugh together. We’ll sit around a virtual table for the next 5 weeks and explore what it means to live as a JoyKeeper.
Many of you know that I’ve walked through a hard season. I had no idea that after a year I called “scarred,” that I’d get to live this message on an even deeper level. I’m recovering from a surgery for breast cancer even today and scheduled for another, but nothing’s going to steal my joy.
I’ve redefined joy. I’ve learned that sorrow and joy often waltz together. I’ve learned to be a joy noticer when things feel dark. I’ve discovered what is mine to fix and what is not. Most important, I’ve learned that joy is more than a feeling; it’s a knowing.
If you’ve been thinking about joining the study, now is the time. We begin on Monday and we’ll close the study Monday night, but there’s a seat waiting for you today.
How do you join?
Simply pre-order the book, JoyKeeper. Sign up on my website at www.joykeeper.me. You’ll receive instructions as soon as you do.
I’m having trouble signing into NetGalley to get the ebook for Joy. I created an account, the site said it was accepted and now I can’t sign in. It keeps telling me it sent an email to help, but nothing shows up. Suggestions on how I can download?
Hey Cheri, it’s crazy. Some are finding this easy. I did not. Are you currently in the FB group for the study? We are talking about all of this over there. We’ll make sure you are taken care of, okay?
I signed up on my computer. Then I went to my phone and downloaded the Net Galley app (it’s free). And there it was! I’m not sure why this two-step process was needed. But it worked. Did you use the link that was sent to you when you filled out the form on my site at joykeeper.me?
I am having the same problem as Cheri. I have tired three times to get NetGalley to send me an email. It will not accept my password. I tried to reset it, but it will not respond to let me do it either. Any suggestions?
